Go Nuts Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. In a large stainless steel bowl mix gains and seeds.
  3. Bake mixture for 6 minutes, stir and bake an additional 6.
  4. In another bowl mix coconut and almonds.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl place butter, sugar, honey, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Heat till butter melts completely.
  7. Mix thoroughly and add vanilla.
  8. Whip to make thick sauce.
  9. Add coconut and grain mixtures, pour on sauce, and mix well.
  10. Bake 300 oven for 15 minutes stirring every 3 minutes.
  11. Remove, cool and add raisins.
  12. Store in air tight container.
