Crock Pot Pork Chops and Gravy

  1. Trim excess fat off pork chops and place in crock pot.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Cover.
  4. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
  5. To make ahead and freeze- mix all ingredients in a freezer bag.
  6. Can be put in the crockpot frozen.
