Smokey BBQ Caesar
- 20 g Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut into 4 cubes
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 Claussen Dill Pickle, cut lengthwise into 4 spears
- 2 cups Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- Thread cheese, tomatoes and pickles onto 4 long cocktail picks.
- Mix tomato juice, vodka and barbecue sauce in pitcher until blended.
- Moisten rims of 4 glasses with water, then dip in salt, turning to evenly coat each rim.
- Add prepared drink and ice just before serving.
- Garnish with skewers.
