Puttanesca Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste and red pepper flakes.
  4. When anchovies (if whole) melt or garlic is tender, about 2 minutes, add tomatoes and olives.
  5. Simmer sauce 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Top the pizza with sauce and the sliced cheese.
  7. Bake until pizza until cheese melts and crust is crisp, 10 minutes.
  8. Cut and serve.
