Shrimp Filled Avocados Recipe

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp.
  2. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
  4. Cut avocados in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove seed and peel avocado halves.
  6. Brush avocados with reserved marinade and fill with shrimp mix.
  7. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
