Pasta Jambalaya
- 2 cups chicken diced
- 1/2 pound tasso or smoked sausage, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 x creole seasoning
- 18 cup butter 1/4 of a stick
- 1 x provolone cheese grated
- 1 x gouda cheese grated
- 1 pound pasta three-colored, cooked
- Saute meats in oil.
- Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.
- Heat.
- Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
