Shepherd's Pie

  1. Brown meat in a frying pan with garlic.
  2. Drain meat and potatoes.
  3. Layer meat and veggies in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  4. Pour can of cream of mushroom soup on top of meat and veggie mixture.
  5. Stir together until mixed well.
  6. Sprinkle a light layer of shredded cheese on top of meat and veggie mixture.
  7. Peel, cut and boil potatoes until tender.
  8. Drain potatoes and place back into the pot.
  9. Mash with butter, ranch dressing, milk and season with garlic and salt to taste.
  10. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  11. Layer potatoes on top of meat mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of potatoes.
  12. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
