lobster mac and cheese

• 40 oz lobster meat
• 1 lb macaroni elbows cook to instructions on box
• 1 1/4 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 1/4 cup colby jack cheese shredded
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
• 1 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 cup milk

1. heat milk add cheese when milk is hot dont boil amd dont let stick to bottom
2. in a pan heat margarine and 1 teaspoon od garlic look lobster over for shell cook in margarine till done
3. as cheese melts stir when smooth ad cornstarch milk with is mixed well it will thicken add cheese to pasta
4. add lobster to mac and cheese margarine and all
