Spaghetti Bolognese Vegetarian

  1. Fry onions in the oil until soft but not brown.
  2. Cut the carrots in small-diced, and add to the onions.
  3. Add the curry, spices and parsley.
  4. Add garlic.
  5. Stir in tomato paste, then TVP mixed with 3 cups water.
  6. Add salt and sugar.
  7. Fry, stirring occasionally until TVP is cooked.
  8. Add the tomatoes sauce.
  9. Serve on pasta with Parmesan cheese.
  10. It could be used for any pasta or Lasghana.
