Lemony Chicken

  1. Put flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag; shake to mix.
  2. Add chicken; close bag and shake to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook, turning breasts over once, about 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through completely.
  5. Remove to a platter.
  6. Add broth and lemon juice to skillet.
  7. Cook, scraping up any browned bits on bottom of skillet, 2 minutes or until sauce is reduced slightly.
  8. Stir in parsley; pour on chicken and serve.
