Cherry-Topped Easier Than Pie
- 96 graham crackers
- 7 cups 2% milk
- Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 3 cups Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix, prepared
- 1 can cherry pie filling (19 oz/540mL)
- Arrange 48 crackers on bottom of 20 x 12 inch (8 L) pan.
- Pour milk into bowl.
- Add pudding mix and beat until well blended.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fold in topping mix.
- Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over graham wafers.
- Add second layer of graham wafers and top with remaining pudding mixture.
- Chill 3 hours.
- Cut dessert into squares.
- Spoon pie filling over each square and garnish with additional topping mix, if desired.
