Cherry-Topped Easier Than Pie

  1. Arrange 48 crackers on bottom of 20 x 12 inch (8 L) pan.
  2. Pour milk into bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix and beat until well blended.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in topping mix.
  6. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over graham wafers.
  7. Add second layer of graham wafers and top with remaining pudding mixture.
  8. Chill 3 hours.
  9. Cut dessert into squares.
  10. Spoon pie filling over each square and garnish with additional topping mix, if desired.
