Sweet Roll Pastrami and Provolone Sliders

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Depending on how many rolls you are using, get a pan to fit the rolls in snug so they touch.
  3. Slice each roll in half.
  4. Spread mayo and mustard on each side of sliced rolls.
  5. Place bottom of rolls into pan.
  6. Top bottom roll with pastrami with amount you desire.
  7. Place shredded cheese over pastrami.
  8. If using sliced, I fold mine into fourths and place in center of meat.
  9. Add the tops of rolls when all sliders are assembled.
  10. Mix the melted butter, honey and parsley in a small bowl until well combined.
  11. Spread over tops of rolls until well covered.
  12. Place aluminum foil tightly over pan and let sit 10 minutes so the butter mixture has time to soak in rolls.
  13. After 10 minutes, bake still covered for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese melts and meat has warmed.
  14. Uncover and return to oven to slightly brown tops.
  15. I just put them back in a few minutes because rolls stay softer in my opinion.
  16. Enjoy :)
  17. Can use ham, turkey, roast beef or any meat of your liking.
  18. Serving size varies depending on how many rolls you use.
  19. I try to get shaved meat and if making more than 12, you can always get more than 1/2 pound as stated in recipe.
