Banana-Yogurt Shake
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. instant hot cereal beverage
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place sugar, water and instant beveraage in blender container; cover.
- Blend on low speed until instant beverage and sugar are dissolved.
- Add yogurt, bananas and ice cubes; cover.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses.
- Serve immediately.
