Tangy Wings Recipe
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs. vegtable oil
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- pre heat oven to 350
- mix everything together
- put wings in a single layer, in non stick baking pan
- cover the wings with sauce
- bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours
- carefully flip every 30 minute and add more sauce.
