White Wine Sauce

  1. Melt one tables spoon of butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Once butter is hot add onions and onions and saute until lightly browned.
  3. Remove garlic and onions an set aside.
  4. Add 2 remaining tablespoons of butter to sauce pan and melt.
  5. Once butter is hot add 2 tablespoons of flour stirring constantly until light brown.
  6. Slowly add in milk/half n half/cream, wine, and chicken broth.
  7. Constantly stirring.
  8. Bring to a simmer and add in onions and garlic.
  9. Once to a simmer reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  10. Enjoy!
