White Wine Sauce
- 1/2 Onion Diced
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk/half n half/ or cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Pink Moscato Wine
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 white pepper to taste
- Melt one tables spoon of butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
- Once butter is hot add onions and onions and saute until lightly browned.
- Remove garlic and onions an set aside.
- Add 2 remaining tablespoons of butter to sauce pan and melt.
- Once butter is hot add 2 tablespoons of flour stirring constantly until light brown.
- Slowly add in milk/half n half/cream, wine, and chicken broth.
- Constantly stirring.
- Bring to a simmer and add in onions and garlic.
- Once to a simmer reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Enjoy!
