Balsalmic Veggies

  1. Chop up veggies to desired size and shape.
  2. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and parsley.
  3. Coat veggies with mixture and marinate them for 6 to 8 hrs.
  4. Serve with extra dressing if desired.
