Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

  1. Wash and dry cauliflower in whole state.
  2. Remove leaves.
  3. Cut cauliflower into 1/4" thick slices vertically.
  4. Do not remove core.
  5. In a gallon sized zip loc bag place sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  6. Place cut cauliflower into bag being careful not to break it up.
  7. Let marinate on one side 15 minutes, flip and marinate other side for 15 more.
  8. Brush an indoor or outdoor grill with vegetable oil.
  9. Over a medium high heat place cauliflower steaks on grilling surface.
  10. Grill for 4 minutes per side.
  11. I like the cauliflower to still have a crunch, raw texture.
