MZ-Whole plaice with lemon butter sauce

  1. Sauce preparation
  2. Chop finely the parsley and the dill( I used dry dill).
  3. Make sure you keep them separated.
  4. In a light fire pan add the cream, lemon juice and vinegar.
  5. Keep cooking until hot.
  6. Do not let burn the base.
  7. Switch off once hot and add the all dill and only 1 tbsp of parsley into the sauce.
  8. Blend and leave it on the side.
  9. Fish preparation
  10. Season the plaice both side with salt & pepper.
  11. Heat a grill or a large pan around 150*C hot.
  12. Melt the butter and add the olive oil.
  13. Add the plaice and cook round 4-5 min.
  14. each side.
  15. Add some extra olive oil if needed.
  16. Just before the plaice is ready warm up the sauce if cold.
  17. Once the plaice if cooked put it on a plate and pour the sauce on the fish and sprinkle the rest of the parsley.
