Twice Laid
- cod
- 1 little milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 little fat
- mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- Divide the remains of codfish or cold salt fish into flakes.
- Mix in twice as much mashed potatoes.
- Add a little milk.
- Season with salt and pepper and make into balls.
- Dip into the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in fat until brown.
