Roasted Pork Salad Cups
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 cups shredded cooked pork roast
- 2 Tbsp. each chopped cilantro and fresh basil
- 1 cup chopped, seeded peeled cucumber
- 2 cups diagonally cut green onion pieces (1 inch)
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
- 12 Bibb lettuce cups or large iceberg lettuce leaves
- Pour dressing over pork in large nonmetal bowl; mix lightly.
- Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; toss to coat.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the pork mixture into each lettuce cup.
- Serve immediately.
