Masala Chai - Homemade, Quick and Easy

  1. Combine spices, mint and teabags in teapot.
  2. Bring combined milk and water to a boil, pour over spice mixture; stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Sweeten with a little sugar, if desired.
  4. Just before serving, strain.
