Biscuts and gravy bake
- 1 can biscuts, cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 lb cooked sausage
- 1 cup cheese
- Open biscuits and cut into about 6 or 8 pieces.
- Mix eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and season to taste in a bowl.
- Melt butter and mix in flour to make a roux, add 2 cups milk and season to taste.
- Stir over medium heat until it thickens.
- Spray baking dish, add biscuit pieces, add 1 lb.
- cooked sausage, add 1 cup cheese, cover with eggs, top with gravy.
- Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes
