Biscuts and gravy bake

  1. Open biscuits and cut into about 6 or 8 pieces.
  2. Mix eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and season to taste in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter and mix in flour to make a roux, add 2 cups milk and season to taste.
  4. Stir over medium heat until it thickens.
  5. Spray baking dish, add biscuit pieces, add 1 lb.
  6. cooked sausage, add 1 cup cheese, cover with eggs, top with gravy.
  7. Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes
