Meatloaf, An Italian Sloppy Joe
- 1 lb 85% lean ground beef
- 1 lb Ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 can Manwich, divided
- 4 each Eggs
- 1/4 cup Dried onion
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Cheval
- 2 tbsp McCormacks GrillMasters Nurger & Steak Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Save 3/4 cup of Manwich.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and with a dough hook mix until smooth and even, about 3 minutes.
- Place mixture in a 5x9 loaf pan.
- Pour the 3/4 cup manwich over top.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Check temperature at middle of loaf.
- If 145 remove from oven.
- If not return for 5 minute increments until temperature is reached.
- Let set for 20 minutes before serving.
