Blue Cheese Dip
- 16 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 16 ounces, fluid Mayonnaise
- 16 ounces, fluid Cottage Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
- I like my food a certain way and everyone has their own taste thresholds.
- So add or subtract the amount of spices and cheese to your taste.
- I usually add the minimum amount then mix and taste, and then add for taste.
- Its better to err on the lesser side with spices and add more later than put too much and ruin the dish.
- As for the blue cheese, add as you please.
- I love blue cheese flavor but if you want a little less of it, add less and replace the rest with feta cheese accordingly.
