Japanese-style Sesame Dressing (for myself)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Cider vinegar or any grain vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Mirin
- Put all of the ingredients in a jar for the dressing and shake to mix throughly.
- That's all.
- It keeps up to 1 week.
- Thinly cut daikon radish into match sticks.
- Add sliced onions.
- Wakame seaweed.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Daikon radish & carrot with crispy boiled and chirimen jako salad.The combination is great.
- I found this salad dressing container at a 100 yen shop.
- Perfect for storing liquids!
- Cheap and convenient!
- Just put all the ingredients to shake it up.
