Sweet & Sour Pork.

  1. Cut the pineapple into half.
  2. Discard the centre of the pineapple.
  3. Cut the contents of the pineapple & keep the juice to be use later.
  4. Cut the onion & capsicum into pieces.
  5. Cut the pork into cubes.
  6. Whisk the egg.
  7. Marinate the pork with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, a pinch pepper & pour half of the egg.
  8. Prepare the souce with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 tablespoon of white vinegar, 5 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce & 1 cup of water.
  9. Cover the pork with tapioca starch & deep fried until light golden brown.
  10. Heat up 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  11. Fried the onion & add capsicum and pineapple cube.
  12. Pour in the sauce and bring it to boil.
  13. Add in the pork, cook & simmer until the sauce is thickening.
  14. Use the pineapple skin to display the dish.
