Mushroom, Sun-Dried Tomato and Olive Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough into 12-inch circles or use prepared pizza crust.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce or tomato sauce over the pizza dough.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 mozzarella cheese over sauce.
  5. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red onions, bell peppers, and green olives.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and brown and the cheese melts.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, cut into wedges.
  9. Serve warm with some red hot pepper sauce if desired.
