Coffee Can Ice Cream

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put mixture in a 13 oz (364 grm).

  4. Cover tightly.

  8. Pack ice & salt into layers around the small can.
  9. Roll can across the floor for 10 minutes.

  11. Remove small can & stir mixture well.
  12. Repack with layers of ice & salt.
  13. Roll for 5 more minutes.
  14. May be served at this time if firm.
  15. If not, repack & repeat process at 5 minute intervals.
