AMIEs KALE Roll

  1. Boil the vegetable (kale) for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from water and separate leaves.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together, except tomatoes.
  4. Stuff leaves with filling and roll.
  5. Fasten with toothpick.
  6. Arrange in a saucepan.
  7. Pour tomatoes, cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours in a low heat.
  8. Serve, share and enjoy!
