Scalloped Pork Chops And Potatoes Recipe
- 4-5 lbs. potatoes
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 quart. canned tomatoes
- 1 grated onion
- Salt and pepper
- Brown pork chops in a little vegetable oil; set aside.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Peel and slice potatoes into 9x13 pan.
- Heat tomatoes and grated onion in pan used to brown chops.
- Salt and pepper potatoes.
- Arrange chops on top.
- Pour warm tomatoes over all.
- Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hrs depending on amount, till potatoes in center of pan are well done.
- (Cover with foil while baking.)
