Peameal Bacon on a Bun

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add bacon; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. on each side or until lightly browned.
  5. Add 2 Tbsp.
  6. barbecue sauce; turn to coat both sides of each bacon slice with glaze.
  7. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  8. Heat remaining oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.
  9. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
  10. or until tender.
  11. Add remaining barbecue sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
  12. Mix Miracle Whip and mustard; spread onto bottoms of buns.
  13. Fill with bacon and vegetable mixture.
