Baked Chicken Recipe

• 1/2 c. Flour
• 2 x Beaten Large eggs
• 1/2 c. Buttermilk
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 c. Crushed cornflakes
• 6 x Chicken legs or possibly thighs

1. Dip chicken pcs in flour then beaten Large eggs and then in crumb mix.
2. Bake in warm oven 425 F about 25 min.
