Soft Fluffy Whey Pancakes
- 200 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 15 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
- 200 grams Whey
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 few drops, (to taste) Vanilla oil
- Combine and sift the dry ingredients.
- Add the whey and mix.
- Mix in the melted butter.
- Add vanilla oil if you like.
- Heat the frying pan, then place on a damp cloth once to cool.
- Heat on low and pour in the mixture.
- Once the top has become bubbly turn it over, cover with a lid and cook through.
- Takes about a minute and a half to two minutes, depending on how thick you make them.
- Check carefully to make sure they are cooked all the way through.
- And it's complete.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup.
- Version with raisins: I reduced the sugar by 10 g and added raisins.
