Potato, Bacon And Onion Quiche Recipe
- 2 lg. potatoes
- 1 sliced onion
- Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices bacon, minced and browned
- 6 ounce. Swiss cheese, grated
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 dashes dry red pepper
- Boil potatoes.
- Then slice and brown in butter with the onion.
- Coat slightly with Parmesan cheese add in the browned bacon bits.
- Cook till potatoes are slightly brown.
- Place in pie shell.
- Cover with cheese.
- Whisk remaining ingredients and pour in pie shell.
- It will probably not all fit.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min to an hour.
