Whole Grain Pancakes

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix gently.
  3. It's ok if it's a little lumpy.
  4. Heat griddle, and pour some of the batter on.
  5. Bake 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
