Daddy's Triple Chicken
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons sausage
- 6 slices bacon
- dusting creole seasoning
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 18 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 18 cup sesame oil
- dusting kosher salt
- dusting black pepper
- 6 teaspoons ranch dressing
- 12 teaspoon minced garlic
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Butterfly each chicken breast.
- Rub each chicken breast with ranch dressing, a teaspoon each.
- rub garlic evenly on chicken.
- Stuff chicken with 1 T sausage and 1 strip bacon cut in half laying next to each other.
- Fold chicken back over and dust with kosher salt, black pepper, and creole seasoning.
- On a baking sheet pour the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil.
- (Olive oil works great too).
- Place chicken on pan.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until chicken and meats stuffed inside are cooked through.
- Move chicken to serving platter and pour remaining juices on chicken.
- Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
- Enjoy!
