Elizabeth's Rice With a Kick!

  1. In a small pot add 2 cups water, rice, margarine, salt, pepper, embasa salsa, and 1 cube tomato/chicken bouillion.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover with lid.
  5. Let cook for 20 minutes without lifting lid.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and enjoy!
