Peppermint Patties Recipe
- 2 c. Ever Fresh powdered sugar (not sifted)
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Place all ingredients in a bowl; mix with fork, then by hand.
- If too stiff, add in a few more drops of lowfat milk.
- Knead till smooth.
- Roll into small balls and flatten with bottom of glass to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Chill.
- Dip in melted chocolate.
