Black Bean and Brown Rice Salad
- 6 cups long-grain brown rice, cooked, cooled
- 3 qt. canned black beans, rinsed
- 8-1/2 cups red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 3 cups Kraft Rancher's Choice Fat Free Dressing
- 3 cups scallions, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- Combine all ingredients.
