Sausage and Spinach Soup

  1. Spray a 4-quart saucepot with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until it's well browned, stirring often.
  3. Pour off any fat.
  4. Stir the broth, oregano, onion and carrot in the saucepan.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to low.
  7. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.
