Good Venison Chili
- 2 lbs ground venison
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottleyour favorite beer
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 12 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Brown Venison in a large pot.
- Once it's browned drain off excess grease.
- Remove the seeds and core from the peppers and chop with onion.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot including the liquid from beans.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour and a half.
- Serve with cheese and sour cream.
