Blueberry-Peach No-Cook Jam

  1. Rinse 6 clean (1-cup) plastic containers and lids with boiling water.
  2. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Stir in sugar.
  5. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix water and pectin in small saucepan.
  7. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
  8. Cook and stir 1 min.
  9. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  10. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  11. Fill containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops.
  12. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours.
