Pasta Salad
- 8 -12 ounces tri-colored pasta (rotini )
- 1 (20 ounce) can white meat chicken
- pitted black olives
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente.
- Open chicken and olives and drain.
- Combine cooked pasta, vegetables, chicken and olives in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad, toss and chill overnight.
- Toss again before serving.
