Goat-Cheesy Spuds

  1. On baking sheet, toss first 4 ingredients; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and tender, 30 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, whisk cheese and milk until smooth.
  4. Drizzle over potatoes; season with salt and pepper.
