Jenny's Lobster Stew

  1. Drain lobster.
  2. Reserve liquor, and flake meat.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Add onion, celery and green pepper, and cook 2 minutes over low heat.
  5. Add water, cover and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Add lobster liquor and flaked lobster.
  7. Heat thoroughly and add scalded milk.
  8. Season to taste with salt and paprika.
  9. add minced parsley.
  10. Serve with hot crackers.
