Fettuccine Primavera

  1. Cook broccoli, zucchini, pepper, onion and basil in margarine or butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettuccine.
  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
