Honey BBQ Chicken
- 250 ml BBQ original sauce
- 250 ml tomato ketchup
- 15 grams msg salt
- 50 ml soya sauce
- 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 25 ml vinegar
- 50 grams mixed herbs
- 20 each cloves
- 15 each cardamom
- 15 each stars
- 20 each bay leaves
- 175 ml honey
- 2 kg boneless chicken breast
- 5 tbsp salt
- cut chicken into moderate pieces and slash it properly for the marinade to sink in.
- add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix thoroughly.
- keep in refrigerator at 4C for 24 hrs.
- set up BBQ grill preferably with charcoal
- put the pieces on the net occasionally painting it with butter using a brush.
- cook approx 15 mins or till done.
- paint chicken piece with honey 2 .com for 2 more mins.
- serve:-)
- for sauce mix equal amt of BBQ sauce and tomato ketchup.add some honey.add sugar and pepper to taste
