Springy Okara & Tofu Nuggets
- 80 grams Okara
- 90 grams Tofu
- 15 grams Katakuriko
- 10 grams Panko
- 1 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 dash Grated cheese
- Mix everything together.
- Separate into 12 portions and shape into nuggets.
- Use a fork to make patterns on their surfaces so they look like real chicken nuggets.
- Pan-fry both sides in olive oil.
- Dip in sauce.
