Springy Okara & Tofu Nuggets

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Separate into 12 portions and shape into nuggets.
  3. Use a fork to make patterns on their surfaces so they look like real chicken nuggets.
  4. Pan-fry both sides in olive oil.
  5. Dip in sauce.
