Delicious Daiquiri Pie Recipe

  1. In saucepan, mix pudding, gelatin and sugar.
  2. Stir in 1/2 c. water and Large eggs; blend well.
  3. Add in remaining water.
  4. Stir over medium heat till it comes to a FULL boil.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in rum.
  6. Refrigerateabout 1 1/2 hrs.
  7. Blend Cold Whip into chilled mix, spoon into pie crust.
  8. Refrigeratetill hard (about 2 hrs).
  9. Garnish with Cold Whip or possibly lemon-lime slices.
  10. Can also use chocolate pie crust and garnish with chocolate shreds!
  11. VERY RICH!
