Green Peppers Stuffed with Meat and Topped with Melted Cheese
- 4 large Green pepper
- 250 grams Ground mixed pork and beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 slice Easy melting cheese
- 2 tbsp Panko
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Plain flour
- Finely chop the onions.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onions, a pinch of salt and pepper, panko, and milk to a bowl, knead it together.
- Cut the green peppers in length-wise, removing the seeds and stem.
- Lightly coat the insides of the green peppers with flour, and pack them with meat, cook while keeping an eye on them.
- Divide the meat patties into 8 portions, and stuff them into the peppers.
- Cook the peppers meat-side down for about 5-6 minutes covered with a lid, flip them over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the melting cheese into fourths and place it on top, and serve after the cheese has melted.
