Green Peppers Stuffed with Meat and Topped with Melted Cheese

  1. Finely chop the onions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onions, a pinch of salt and pepper, panko, and milk to a bowl, knead it together.
  3. Cut the green peppers in length-wise, removing the seeds and stem.
  4. Lightly coat the insides of the green peppers with flour, and pack them with meat, cook while keeping an eye on them.
  5. Divide the meat patties into 8 portions, and stuff them into the peppers.
  6. Cook the peppers meat-side down for about 5-6 minutes covered with a lid, flip them over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Divide the melting cheese into fourths and place it on top, and serve after the cheese has melted.
